| TANALISED Timber Bases are perfect for uneven ground and allow air flow underneath the building. This will prolong the life of your building, keeping the floor of your building dry all year round. |
| They can be fitted anywhere and can last up to 20 years. Most of our show buildings are now on timber bases. They have been tested for 10 years now, with no sign of rot. |
| If you have an uneven hard standing, we can surface mount the legs and fit over the top. |
| If the ground is soil / grass or a mix of hard standing and soft ground, this is not a problem. We will knock the 3×3 post legs into the ground, flat bottomed, so once we have finished there is very little chance of movement. |
| Frames 8ft wide and over, will have noggings added for extra support. |
| If your ground is uneven buy a substantial amount, please consider your door placement. Once the building is fitted, you may feel the need of a step to access the building safely. |
| We will not level your ground before fitting the base. This is your responsibility as the customer. Please note that the more level the ground is, the lower the base will sit. |
| Any growth under the frame will simply die, given there will be no sunlight or water. |
| The frames are all screwed together with 100mm screws. |
